Management

PT. Sanur Indah is
responsible for management and marketing of the
villa complex. Each villa owner will have a
contract with PT. Sanur Indah that will contain
the terms of responsibility and
purchase.
PT. Sanur Indah is responsible
for the following business work.
• Financial management and monthly
cash flow reports.
•
Payment of returns to each owner.
• Setting the rental price of each
villa.
• Dealing with
travel and other agents and negotiating
fees.
(where
applicable).
•
Maintaining a marketing and advertising web
site.
•
Security.
• Staff
management and training.
• Villa common area management and
operation.
• Villa and
common area daily management and
maintenance.
• General
equipment management and
maintenance.
(cable TV, internet,
telephone, laundry, swimming pool,
air conditioning, waste disposal, etc).
• Insurance for essential
facilities.
• Negotiation
with agents
• Legal work
such as regional tax, license fees, donations to
the
community and ceremonies. (In
Bali you must donate for ceremonies
and to the community where you belong
to). |
