Purchasing

Each villa will be managed as a rental villa when unoccupied by owner, ensuring a consistent income. Rental income generated by all villas (less taxes and management fees) will be divided among the owners in direct proportion to the percentage of ownership in the complex. The income from Spa will also be distributed in the same way, which gives you extra income.

• Returns
  Owners can anticipate return about 7 to 17 % per annum. This is   calculated based on 10 to 20 days per month of rental occupancy.

• Payment of returns/income from rental activity
  Generated returns will be indicated to each villa owner in a monthly
  report, payment of returns is per annum.
• Ownership privileges
  Owners have the right to 15 nights complementary stay every year and all
  services, (excluding food, spa and laundry.) Owners also have the right to
  stay in other villas at 30 % off the advertised rate, and this right can be
  transferred to a third person nominated by the owner. The right to free
  and discounted use of the villas can not be redeemed for cash, though of
  course any nights of the 15 not used by the owner will be used in the
  rental operation and will generate income.
